Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 15, 2026

Welcome to Stacy Wilder Animal Communicator. By accessing this website, joining the waiting list, submitting information through this website, or requesting or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before using this website or requesting services.

1. About Animal Communication

Stacy Wilder Animal Communicator provides animal communication services based on intuitive, spiritual, and personal practices.

Animals may express themselves in a variety of ways, and communication may not always be presented in a form that is immediately familiar or obvious to a person. Information may be experienced or interpreted through words, thoughts, emotions, sensations, images, memories, impressions, or other forms of intuitive communication.

Communication is understood from the animal's perspective. As a result, a message or impression may sometimes seem unusual, unexpected, incomplete, or unrelated to what you were expecting. Understanding the meaning of a communication may occasionally require openness, context, or creative thinking on the part of the person receiving it.

Animal communication is offered as a form of personal insight and reflection. Information received or shared during a session is interpretive and may be understood differently by different individuals.

Animal communication is not veterinary medicine, medical care, psychological treatment, behavioral diagnosis, or a substitute for professional veterinary or behavioral services.

Nothing communicated during a session should be relied upon to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure an animal's medical or behavioral condition.

If your animal is sick, injured, experiencing an emergency, or displaying concerning behavior, you should consult an appropriately licensed veterinarian or qualified animal behavior professional.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Every animal communication session is different.

Because communication is interpreted from the animal's perspective and may be expressed in a variety of ways, information received during a session may not always immediately make sense to the person receiving it.

I do not guarantee that a particular animal will communicate, that a particular message will be received, or that a session will produce a specific result.

I also do not guarantee that information received during a session will be factually verifiable, immediately understandable, or interpreted in a particular way.

The person receiving a session is responsible for considering the information provided and determining what, if anything, it means to them or how they choose to use it.

3. Waiting List and Session Selection

Joining the waiting list does not guarantee that a session will be scheduled.

The waiting list is used to keep track of individuals who are interested in scheduling an animal communication session. Because the number of people interested in sessions may exceed the number of sessions available, sessions will be offered through a random selection process rather than strictly in the order in which people join the waiting list.

This approach is intended to provide a fair opportunity for people on the waiting list, regardless of when they joined.

When sessions become available, individuals may be randomly selected from the waiting list and contacted with an opportunity to schedule.

Being selected does not obligate you to schedule a session. If you decline, do not respond within the stated timeframe, or are otherwise unable to schedule, another person may be selected.

If you are not selected, you may remain on the waiting list for future selection opportunities unless you request removal or the waiting list is otherwise closed or changed.

Being on the waiting list does not guarantee that you will eventually be selected for a session.

4. Providing Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms or requesting services.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about yourself and your animal to the best of your knowledge.

5. Scheduling, Payment, and Remote Sessions

A session is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

When scheduling a remote session, the date selected during the booking process represents the beginning of the service window, rather than a specific appointment time.

Remote sessions are completed independently and are not conducted as live, scheduled appointments.

After payment has been successfully received and the required photograph and information about the animal have been submitted, the session will be completed within 14 days of the selected service date.

This flexible service window allows adequate time to prepare for each session and to conduct the communication when appropriate conditions are available, including a quiet environment, sufficient time, and the mental focus necessary to provide the session with care and attention.

The date selected during booking therefore does not guarantee that the session will be performed on that specific date or at a specific time.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Because remote sessions are prepared and performed specifically for the individual and their animal, all purchases are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

There are no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges after payment has been successfully made, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Remote sessions do not require rescheduling because they are completed within the 14-day service window described above. If circumstances require the session to be completed on a different day within that window, no rescheduling is necessary or required from the client.

If you have questions or concerns regarding a purchase or session, please contact [email protected].

7. Session Content, Animal Photos, and Promotional Use

By purchasing or participating in an animal communication session, you acknowledge and agree that Stacy Wilder Animal Communicator may use part or all of the animal communication received during your session for educational, informational, social media, website, advertising, marketing, promotional, or other business purposes.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Written portions of an animal communication
  • Questions asked during a session
  • Responses or messages received from the animal
  • General details or themes discussed during a session
  • Photographs of the animal provided for the purpose of the session
  • Other non-identifying content associated with the animal communication experience

Unless you expressly give permission otherwise, I will not publicly disclose your name or other identifying information in connection with the use of your session content.

This means that I may share an animal's photograph, a portion of the communication, or other session content without identifying the human client. For example, content may be shared using descriptions such as "a recent client," "one of my clients," or similar non-identifying language.

By submitting a photograph of your animal for a session, you acknowledge that the photograph may be used for the purposes described in this section. You represent that you have the right to provide the photograph for this purpose.

If you voluntarily provide express permission for your name, photograph, testimonial, or other identifying information to be used, I may use that information for educational, social media, website, advertising, marketing, promotional, or other business purposes.

Session content may be edited for length, clarity, formatting, or presentation, provided that such editing does not intentionally misrepresent the nature or meaning of the communication.

You may contact me with questions about the use of session content or to withdraw permission for any use for which you previously provided express permission. Withdrawal of permission does not necessarily require removal of content that was previously published, distributed, or incorporated into materials before the withdrawal.

This section does not give Stacy Wilder Animal Communicator permission to publicly disclose private identifying information about a client beyond what is reasonably necessary for the permitted use of the session content.

You remain responsible for decisions concerning the care, health, safety, and treatment of your animal and should seek appropriate professional advice when necessary.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. No Professional Advice

Information provided through this website or during an animal communication session should not be considered veterinary, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

When professional advice is appropriate, you should consult a qualified professional.

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
